Conducting a thorough background check of potential partners for projects and business goes well beyond a simple credit check. Identifying a history of lawsuits, evictions, fraud, financial misconduct, impersonation, criminality, and deception can leave an investor or existing partner mired in preventable litigation, exposure to risk, and loss of substantial income.

A Due Diligence Report locates vital information that directly pertains to a potential business partner’s history, conduct, and past behavior. Failing to vet properly and fully is a liability to both you and your investors.
